With passion and finesse, our head chef Alberto and his team create new culinary delights each day: a sophisticated fusion of South Tyrolean tradition, Mediterranean lightness, and international flair. At the heart of it all are high-quality, mostly locally sourced ingredients – inspired by the richness and freshness of the surrounding nature.

A Culinary Journey Throughout the Day:

Morning – a flavourful start to your day:
Begin your day with a generous and varied breakfast buffet featuring homemade bread, organic products from local farms, and freshly pressed juices – the perfect combination of vitality and indulgence.

Midday – à la carte at your leisure:
At lunchtime, enjoy a selection of light à la carte dishes: crisp salads, homemade pasta, hearty soups, and small snacks (not included in the half-board package).

Winter Afternoons – a sweet break in the Stube:
From 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., we welcome you to our cozy Stube with homemade cakes, savory snacks, and a selection of fine teas and coffee.

Evening – fine dining at sunset:
As the sun sets over the Dolomites, indulge in a five-course gourmet dinner of your choice. Several times a week, we complement the evening with elegant antipasti and dessert buffets, as well as our Sunday gala dinner with a sparkling aperitif. A fresh salad and cheese buffet is offered daily – all perfectly paired with fine wines from our exclusive international wine cellar.

For our younger guests and those with dietary needs:
We are happy to accommodate children as well as guests with food intolerances or allergies. Gluten-free and lactose-free meals are prepared with care upon request. Please note that a surcharge of € 5.00 per person per day applies for these special dietary options.
