Things do not always turn out as expected. So sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated on short notice.

Our cancellation policy:
You may cancel your booking without charge up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

• 6 weeks up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival the cancellation fee is 40 % of the cost of the booking
• 4 weeks to 1 week 70 %
• within the last week 90 %
• ate arrival or early departure 100 %

To avoid unnecessary fees and anger, we recommend taking out the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance (including helicopter rescue costs)
