Travel insurance & cancellation policy

Things do not always turn out as expected. So sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated on short notice.

Our cancellation policy:
You may cancel your booking without charge up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival.

• 6 weeks up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival the cancellation fee is 40 % of the cost of the booking
• 4 weeks to 1 week 70 %
• within the last week 90 %
• ate arrival or early departure 100 %

To avoid unnecessary fees and anger, we recommend taking out the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance (including helicopter rescue costs)

Please note that positive Covid-case are not subject to free cancellation, only in case of closed borders or ski lifts you can change your reservation to another period.

With the cancellation insurance you are covered for the case you should test positive before your arrival.
